Days of Tranquility Synopsis

The story of Zhang Minchan, a female protagonist who gave up struggling in a first-tier city and returned to her familiar yet strange hometown. She opened a barber shop in a small town to get away from the hustle and bustle and find herself. Xie Peng, a male protagonist who was born and raised in a small town, has reached the age of 40. He is an ordinary courier and has been through wind and rain. His shop happened to be rented to the female protagonist as a barber shop. Two lonely souls met and comforted each other in bits and pieces. With the sunset glow, birds singing and insects chirping, each of them found hope in life in this plainness.
