Yang Guang, deputy director of the National Security Department 3, was accidentally involved in a conspiracy involving an international spy organization during an operation. As a series of unexpected events occurred one after another, Yang Guang and the members of the National Security Department 3 he led realized that they were in a crisis of leaking state secrets.
