Synopsis.
An honest man who has been working at the company for the past ten years suddenly gets a “promotion” except the department is made up of “losers”.
Hu Qiang has suddenly been transferred to a small department called “Department of Disruption” as their manager. His subordinates are all very unique – there’s the prickly programmer Ouyang Mofei, the over-the-top salesperson Tang Haixing, the gossiper secretary Jin Ruoyu, the rigid designer Su Kejie , the fragile copywriter Pang Xiaobai and the ditsy intern Sha Lele.
The only thing they have in common is that everyone is a loser. Others work for 8 hours while they work for an infinite amount of hours with endless things to do every day. Their “sufferings” are enough to make them full but even so, this group will not take things lying down. They try their best at their jobs to stage a hilarious story after another.
