Synopsis.
A fresh foods owner who has gone on a culinary show to promote his company is caught using a substitute. His actions anger the crew and the public thus beginning his journey of learning how to fall in love with cooking.
Yu Hao (Gao Hanyu) and his fresh food company has come under fire after a TV crew exposed him of using a substitute on the show. In this critical juncture, his director of public relations walks out due to Yu Hao’s impossible temper. Su Kelan (Jade Zheng) temporarily takes over the job of handling the whole PR mess. As someone who’s family-oriented and loves food, she cleverly eases the conflict between Yu Hao and the crew.
She also convinces Yu Hao to refrain from cheating the audience and to work on falling in love with cooking. As such, she becomes his cooking teacher. As she gradually opens his heart, she discovers that Yu Hao is only mean and indifferent on the surface when he is actually gentle at heart. He does not get along well with others due to incidents that happened in his childhood. Su Kelan walks into Yu Hao’s kitchen and brings warmth into his life.
