Synopsis.
The “Godly Dog” Mo Yan who joins the Kaifeng court as a new constable collaborates with the “Royal Cat” Zhan Zhao in exposing layers and layers of conspiracies all while finding love.
Mo Yan (Zhang Huiwen), a genius girl from Suzhou, was once determined to become the number one chivalrous bandit in the pugilistic world. However, she comes to Kaifeng in order to clear her fifth senior brother’s name after he was wrongly imprisoned. In the process, she wins the approval of Justice Bao due to her sharp intuition and starts her journey to becoming a constable.
Mo Yan also encounters the proud yet righteous knight-errant Zhan Zhao (Caesar Wu) and the two manage to grow closer through countless quarrels. Mo Yan not only unravels the mystery behind her identity and also comes to understand the difficult choice between “love” and “duty” that puts Zhan Zhao in a dilemma.
